🩺 Health & Wellness If you’re feeling unwell, on antibiotics, or recently had dental work, immunizations, or medical procedures (within 2 weeks), please contact us.

💊 Medications & Supplements Avoid Advil, Ibuprofen, Aleve, Aspirin, Motrin, Vitamin E, fish oil, flax, garlic, gingko, and St. John’s Wort for 3–5 days prior to treatment (unless prescribed). Always let us know about any new medications or medical changes.

🍷 Before Your Appointment Avoid alcohol for 24 hours before treatment. Stay hydrated and eat a light meal beforehand. Injectables: Consider starting Arnica a few days before your visit to reduce bruising.

💆 Day Of Your Visit Arrive with clean skin if possible — no makeup or heavy skincare. If you have a history of cold sores, let us know in advance. Please arrive on time so we can give you the best care possible.
